- Oversee daily operations of a 40+ year-old advertising and publishing brand
- Lead sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients
- Manage budgets, production schedules, and client relationships
- Drive innovation in both print and digital advertising strategies
- Represent Marion Mint of Florida, Inc in the community and at business events
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in media, advertising, publishing, or marketing
- Strong business development skills and a passion for helping businesses grow
- Ability to manage people, processes, and projects with excellence
- A visionary mindset with the drive to lead a company into the future
